Z-VAD-FMK
Caspase inhibitor / Cell-permeable, methyl ester form of ZVAD-FMK. Potent, irreversible pan-caspase inhibitor. Inhibits caspase activity and apoptosis induction in a variety of cell types (IC50 = 1.5 μM). Active in vivo.
