IL-22, mouse recombinant
Interleukin-22 (IL-22) is produced by activated dendritic cells and T lymphocytes. IL-22 signals via the IL-22R and IL-10R beta receptors to act as a potent mediator of the cellular inflammatory response and wound healing. Recombinant mouse IL-22 is a non-glycosylated protein containing 147 amino acids and with a molecular weight of 16.8 kDa.
