SKL2001
Wnt/ß-Catenin pathway activator / SKL2001 is a Wnt/ß-catenin pathway activator that disrupts the Axin/ß-catenin interaction leading to ß-catenin stabilization.1 It suppressed colon cancer spheroid growth via regulation of the E-cadherin/ß-catenin complex.2 A commonly used reagent to reactivate or rescue the Wnt/ß-Catenin signaling pathway.3,4
