PTP inhibitor III
Protein tyrosine phosphatase inhibitor / PTP inhibitor III inhibits a broad range of protein tyrosine phosphatases (PTPs). Binds covalently to the active site of the enzyme.1-2 Blocks SHP1-mediated dephosphorylation of TRPV1 in dorsal root ganglion neurons aggravating CFA-induced inflammatory pain.3
