Latartoxin-1a is an insecticidial peptide. Latartoxin-1a (U1-zodatoxin-Lt1a, LtTx-1a) has been isolated from the venom of Lachesana tarabaevi spider. It has been described to have insecticidal properties by inducing paralysis and death in some insects.
