MCP-3 / CCL7, rat recombinant
Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 3 (MCP-3), also called CCL7, is a chemokine produced by macrophages and some tumor cell lines. MCP-3 signals through three different G protein-coupled receptors, CCR1, CCR2, and CCR3. CCL7 chemoattracts monocytes and can regulate macrophage function. Recombinant rat MCP-3 is a non-glycosylated protein.
