IL-17E / IL-25, mouse recombinant
Mouse Interleukin-17E (IL-17E) or interleukin-25 (IL-25) is a proinflammatory cytokine member of a six-species family of proteins (IL-17A-F). IL-17E stimulates secretion of IL-8 and induces activation of NF-kappa B by binding to the receptor IL-17RB. Recombinant mouse IL-17E is a non-glycosylated, disulfide-linked homodimer.
