Negative Primer Set 3

Negative Primer Set 3 recognises the promoter of the human B-Globin gene. A 121 base pair fragment is amplified using this primer set. It is a negative gene target for active genes including H3K4me3 and RNA Poll II that are involved in initiating transcription, as well the Androgen Receptor (AR) gene.
