Goat Anti-Bovine CCL2 Polyclonal Antibody
Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 2 (CCL2), also known as monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1), is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family. There are at least 27 distinct members of the C-C subgroup reported for mammals. They are characterized by two adjacent cysteines. CCL2 (MCP-1) recruits monocytes, memory T cells, and dendritic cells to sites of tissue injury and infection. CCL2 (MCP-1) is implicated in pathogeneses of several diseases characterized by monocytic infiltrates, such as psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis and atherosclerosis. Reactivity - ELISA Dolphin CCL2 - Weak. The bovine CCL2/MCP-1 polyclonal antibody was produced in goats. Antigen-affinity Purification. The bovine CCL2 polyclonal antibody has been qualified for use in Western Blot and ELISA applications. Made in the USA
