AimPlex™ Analyte Kit for mouse CCL27/SCYA27/CTACK. Can be successfully multiplexed with all other Mouse Group 3 AimPlex Kits (BTC (Betacellulin), CCL12 (SCYA12, MCP-5), CCL20 (SCYA20, MIP-3α), CCL27 (SCYA27, CTACK), CXCL5 (LIX, GCP2), CXCL16 (SCYB16), IL-1RA, IL-2Rα (Ly43, sCD25), IL-7R (IL-7Rα, sCD127), IL-9, IL-23p19, IL-25 (IL-17E), Leptin (LEP), LIF, MIP-2, TNFSF11 (CD254, RANKL), TNFSF13B (BlyS, BAF, sCD257), VEGF). Kit includes CCL27 antibody-conjugated beads, CCL27 detection antibody and antigen standard for 96 tests. When ordering multiple Group 3 Analyte Kits, antibody-conjugated beads and detection antibodies are custom premixed at no additional charge. ORDERING NOTE: a single Basic Kit with additional assay reagents/materials and a sample type-specific Diluent Kit are required for proper assay performance for either single analyte or multiple Group 3 Analyte Kit orders.
