Can be successfully multiplexed with all other Human Group 6 AimPlex Kits (CCL13 (SCYA13, MCP-4), CCL15 (SCYA15, MIP-1δ), CCL19 (SCYA19, MIP-3β), CCL20 (SCYA20, MIP-3α), CCL21 (SCYA21, 6Cline), CCL22 (SCYA22, MDC), CCL24 (SCYA24, Eotaxin-2, MPIF-2), CCL27 (SCYA27, CTACK), CCL28 (SCYA28, MEC), CXCL5 (ENA-78), CXCL13 (BCA-1), CXCL14 (BRAK), CXCL16 (SCYB16), Gp130 (sCD130), IGFBP-1), IGFBP-7), IL-1R2 (sCD121b), IL-6Rα (sCD126), TNFRSF1B (sCD120b, sTNF R2)). Kit includes CCL21 antibody-conjugated beads, CCL21 detection antibody and antigen standard for 96 tests. When ordering multiple Group 6 Analyte Kits, antibody-conjugated beads and detection antibodies are custom premixed at no additional charge. ORDERING NOTE: a single Basic Kit with additional assay reagents/materials and a sample type-specific Diluent Kit are required for proper assay performance for either single analyte or multiple Group 6 Analyte Kit orders.
