AimPlex™ Analyte Kit for human Flt-3 Ligand/Flt-3L/Flk-2L. Can be successfully multiplexed with all other Human Group 8 AimPlex Kits (BMP-2, BMP-4, Cystatin C, FGF-1 (FGF-acidic, HBGF-1), FGF-19, Flt-3 Ligand (Flt-3L, Flk-2L), GDF-15 (MIC-1, PTGFB), Granzyme B, IGFBP-3, IGFBP-5, IGFBP-6, Lipocalin-2 (LCN2, NGAL), PAPP-A, RAGE (AGER, sRAGE), SLP1 (ALP, BLPI), ST2 (IL-1R4, IL-1RL1), TIMP-1, TIMP-2). Kit includes Flt-3 Ligand antibody-conjugated beads, Flt-3 Ligand detection antibody and antigen standard for 96 tests. When ordering multiple Group 8 Analyte Kits, antibody-conjugated beads and detection antibodies are custom premixed at no additional charge. ORDERING NOTE: a single Basic Kit with additional assay reagents/materials and a sample type-specific Diluent Kit are required for proper assay performance for either single analyte or multiple Group 8 Analyte Kit orders.
