Mixes are available for both probe-based and intercalating dye-based approaches (highly sensitive EvaGreen® or SolisGreen® dye).

Solis BioDyne’s probe-based qPCR mixes are optimized for real-time quantitative PCR assays and contain all the components necessary (except primers and probes) to perform qPCR. Probe-based qPCR is based on 5' flap endonuclease activity and our mixes are optimized for DNA/LNA hydrolysis probes (i.e. TaqMan probes)
